Implement an effective management system that allows for consistent and rigorous information on the development of
the company
GOALS:<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 Improve the implementation of new procedures that seek to make work more efficient
interdepartmental to absorb a large volume of work during peak activity without
to compromise on service quality
\u2022 Implement integrated digital solutions for business management that enable effective management
of projects, commercial management, document management and ERP in a unified, digitized way and
accessible to people in the organization.
\u2022 Indicators tailored to each profile with decision-making power and responsibility for each business area
for correct decision-making and that will contribute, among other things, to being more effective and
efficient in the development of our activity<\/p>

EXPECTED RESULTS<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 Commercial action. The aim is to improve customer knowledge and be able to detect issues more quickly.

outstanding payments.
\u2022 Optimize the organization of human and material resources for projects to maximize
